Besblock Ltd is a Registered Assessor for the National Home Energy Rating Scheme and is licensed by National Energy Services Ltd on behalf of the government to issue Authorised SAP Rating and use the governments SAP logo.

  

The tables on the following pages detail the 'U' values you can achieve using 100mm Bescrete Cellular blocks and Solid blocks, and a wide selection of partial or total cavity fill systems.

All values are based on a structure built in a normal exposure range, with an outer leaf of medium density brickwork and inner leaf finished with lightweight plaster.

All resistance's used in these calculations are taken from the C.I.B.S. Guide A3.

For comparison purposes, we show the "U" values achieved where the inner leaf is built with 100mm solid lightweight aggregate blocks in the 1200kg/m3-1300kg/m3 density range.
